IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Effective April 1, 2025, there will be a user fee increase of 19.5%. A select number of fees will have an additional increase on July 1, 2025.

The City of San Diego will only accept electronic bank transfers and major credit cards as a payment.
All transactions will include a 3.56% non-refundable processing fee.

Refund is based on the date that the written cancellation/refund application is submitted:
96.5% refund for requests submitted 14 calendar days or more prior to use.
No refund for requests submitted less than 14 calendar days prior to use.
